Log-in Questions?

What is my password?
Your default password is your membership number, which may be found on your membership card (ex: CI001234). You will need to enter the (capital) letters "C" and "I" and all 6 digits that follow.

If you do not know your CSI Membership number click here to set up a new password.

What is my login?
Your login is the email address associated with your CSI Membership. It is case sensitive and needs to be entered all lower case.

Can I change my password?

What are the password requirements?
Passwords must be at least 6 characters and contain a mixture of letters and numbers (minimum one of each).

I just joined on the website, when can I access the Member-only Articles?
